Shipping Rates:
For Continental U.S. Only! All orders shipped Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx.
If the temperature is going to be over 80 degrees between your city and Chicago for the 4 days following your order, we stongly suggest express delivery!
Shipping charges are $8.95 for most orders shipping standard ground to one location within the United States (Hawaii and Alaska shipping is $13.95). The $8.95 does not apply to orders shipping to multiple locations. $8.95 shipping does not apply to large shipments that need to ship truck or for custom/large bulk orders.
Standard (Ground) shipping takes 2 to 5 business days. Express shipping is shipped UPS Next Day Air or FedEx. An additional $30.00 to $35.00 rate is added to the standard shipping cost (depending on the state we are shipping to). Express shipping is recommended during hot months (Memorial Day-Labor Day) and/or location. We can not ship orders express to P.O. Boxes. Orders are shipped from Chicago, IL.
All prices in U.S. Dollars and are effective until January 2009. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Gound Delivery
When you call, fax, or place a web order, in-stock items only will be shipped the following business day (unless hot/bad weather prevents the order from shipping).
GUARANTEE EXPRESS DELIVERY (Next Business Day) Storngly suggested for hot weather/location.
Express delivery in-stock orders placed before 11:00 AM CST will ship the same business day. Express in-stock orders place after 11:00 AM CST will ship the next business day. Express Delivery does not include weekends or holidays. Orders shipped express on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Special freight charges may apply for large quantity orders or Saturday delivery. We can only ship chocolate within the United States.
Illinois Sales Tax: A 8.5% sales tax will be charged to all orders billed or shipped to an Illinois location. Sales tax may not appear on the order confirmation, but will appear on packing list.
Chocolate cannot be returned.
